Typically, two or three people spend all their time frying instead enjoying their guests. The Bayou Classic allowed us to fry fish, meat, potatoes, onions and hush puppies for a very large crowd in an hour and half. Easy to use and maintain. Customer service is TOP NOTCH! I was so impressed when we called and did NOT hear a recording. The guys were answers all our questions and were very helpful. I have looked at fryers for quite some time; doing a little research to get the best bang for the buck! THIS IS IT! :-) |
