Machine oil on stainless when you unpack that you have to clean.Pros: Definitely has the wattage to get hot enough so food is Not Soggy. (I've found that even the best units in stores do not get hot enough for my taste). So, if your like us and not satisified with the temperature of the other units you've bought (which are sitting in the cabinet), then get this "Bootleg Version" of a commercial unit without spending the money on a true commercial unit, which would take 220 volts anyway.
