We cooked a 12.5 lb. turkey and barely had enough room. I feel it is too small, mainly too narrow. Too bad it came with the burner and regulator for a small pot. Took over 2 hours and 15 minutes to heat oil to 360 degrees. What a shame.I will be returning all, as I do not trust this product. Also there was no customer support on weekends (when most people would be using this porduct.)
